The FTC vs. Raging Bull shook the financial publishing industry when it happened. Raging Bull won that case with the judge stating very clearly that he saw no evidence of fraud in this case.
But as Jeff Bishop puts it, “This doesn’t feel like winning.”
It was a painful, heartbreaking, and extraordinarily stressful process that derailed their company in ways they are still trying to cope with.
“We learned alot of lessons in this process. We basically got a multi million dollar education on digital publishing and the law.”
Jeff & Melinda Bishop wanted to share the lessons they learned form being sued by the FTC – and winning.
